sufficient lighting for fuge xenia

I'm going to put xenia in my fuge and i'm trying to figure out what would be good lighting for this, i was thinking two or more 23w pc bulbs and making homemade reflectors for them, they produce about 1600 lumens each, is that enough to get good xenia growth?

I would think so since they are like a weed and will grow under just about anything
