As some of you know, me and the wife are going on a cruise. We leave for miami in the morning. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for our port stops. We will be stopping in cozumel, casa maya, mahogany bay, grand cayman. Any suggestions for sight seeing?

If you scuba dive or snorkel than Sting Ray City in Grand Cayman. Actually any diving in Grand Cayman is usually fantastic.

Grand Cayman also used to have a great Submarine ride, not the shallow one but a 3 person sub that goes to 400 ft.

+1 on all these suggestions. Grand Cayman is a fantastic place. Maybe someday again... Just don't let the cruise ships hectic schedule wear you out. :D

Ok everybody. We rented a jeep in cozumel, looked for the ruins, got lost...ON AN ISLAND!! Was raining in casa maya so stayed in the ports shopping area. Mahogany bay was pretty fun. Went down the zipline, got to the end and did a tour through a park. Held a parrot and held and saw some monkeys. Also saw the local rabbits...for those that dont know, our tour guide described the rabbits as "rats on steroids that eat like squirrels". He wasnt kidding! Grand cayman was the funnest. We went snuba diving. Like scuba, but without the tanks on your back. That was pretty cool. They said we wouldnt see any turtles, wrong. We saw one. Some damsels. Some yellow fish and white fish, maze brains that were huge, various other corals. Also saw a big conch. Wife got to hold an urchin. We dove on a shipwreck. I have pictures and will try and post when i get home. Were in miami now and flying home in the morning. I dont want to hear bout tje weather...lol. It was 74°the in the middle of the trip back from gran cayman to miami. IT WAS 2 IN THE MORN! Miami, right now, is a chilly 66°. Its muggy, and now i have a cold. For the smokers here, dave & mike, 2 cartons of marlboro reds was a whoppin $54…duty free! Drinkers out there, crown royal 5ths…$69 for 4 bottles…duty free. We had a blast all in all, ill take the cold i have, and do it again for sure. We are thinking the eastern carribean next.
