So i am going to start putting some deviders in my sump. I am planing to go with three sections. The first will be where the return comes down from the display tank and be almost as deep and the sump so it will be the only section that the water level will change in. The second will be where my skimmer is and be about 7 inches deep. I will be running a REEF OCTOPUSS 200. The third section will start with a bubble trap and will be for my return pump.
About the only thing I am guestioning is if the skimmer will be in deep enough water or to deep of water? Is anyone currently run this skimmer and how deep of water do you have it in.
