Looks like a great idea, only thing that I would change is to put in some baffles before you get to the return pump as the drop down from the fuge may create some micro bubbles.

by the look of the sump the connecting pipes are level with baffles,so there shouldnt be a drop.

As water evaporates from the system, the level in the pump section will drop.

Also, why do you have the skimmer output going way over to the fuge section?

Looks good but I agree, put some baffles after the fuge/ before the pumps and drop the skimmer outlet into the baffles before the pumps.
