Ok so I've got the sump layout. I've been looking into the pump. And everyone keeps pointing me towards the mag 5. But my two return pumps in the back sump combined are stronger, and on Danners sight it gives the gph based off head pressure. So I think ill probably get a mag 7 and use a ball valve to help control the return. Now I don't want to use a overflow box. I want to drill my back sump and use that as the over flow. But I need some advice on where to drill. Suggestions

This is the back sump. I'm thinking to drill 2 overflow ports about 5" above where the return pumps rest on the bottom of the sump. And then plumbing the return directly into the loc-line outputs already in the tank. I'm then going to purchase 1/2" loc-line split on each side, and make 4 outputs about 6 inches long.

It looks a little tricky to drill at the right spot.

As for the pump, contact the manufacturer about the return line. I bought the danner mag 18. All of the gph ratings for headloss is with a 1.5" return line, but the outlet of the pump is 3/4". My return line is 3/4" and I didn't know about the 1.5" gph rating (listed on supplier's website).
