Ok so I've looked online, and maybe I'm not asking the right ? On Google, but has anyone ever test par under water for par produced by the Sun?

Need some one with a par meter to fill a tank outside with water and check this out... Today would be a perfect day in the Seattle area. Too bad I don't have a meter :dizzy:

That was interesting, But the guy who posted had a very good ?. Why do our lighting have to be so much stronger. And it still doesn't explain par just the lume's, and watts.
