what should I use for supplemental lights for my 40 gallon breeder tank? I have a main light of MH 250 W.

Here you go. This is what I had over my 40Br for a while
Dont forget to order two 36 inch bulbs and two pairs of stand offs. Otherwise known as endcap mounts

I vote T5's all the way, why wast money on outdated florescent lighting when for about the same price get the good stuff!

:p Put your lighting where you words are!! Wheres the link? :D

Ya, T-5s do have a few more color spectrums to chose from when it comes to buying bulbs too. The grass is always greener though......people with T-5's love the color of my URI VHO actinics and vise versa.
I have both over my tank.

I was gonna get T5's to supplement my halides as well. Tell me if you're ordering online and we could share shipping or something?
