After reading about all the bad things about calurpa I decided to switch to chaeto can I just pull all the calurpa at one time or do I need to do a little at a time also want to know if chaeto needs lite 24/7 like calurpa :?:

I don't think I'd pull it all at once, you could upset the balance that you have. Just clear a spot and as it grows, you can go to pulling more of the caulerpa. I just use reverse lighting on the chaeto that I've got, and I haven't had any problems. HTH

Thanks I'll clear some out so I have room for the brillo pad and then remove the rest over the next week or two

Yes I would recommend the same routine myslef for switching out Macros. I have had my Chaeto under 24/7 and reverse only lighting schedules and seen not real tangible results so I am just using reverse only right now.
