tank background

I haven't made it yet. I was going to use a few different colors of spray paint, and paint the tank itself. It will be tricky, because you have to paint "backwards" on the glass, you know?... A friend did something similar with his tank, and simply used 4 different colors of blue, along with black across the bottom, so I know it can be done.

I'll probably start up a thread on the new tank before too long, and I'll be sure to post details. Maybe I'll remember to bring the background part of it back to this thread.

So I finally painted this tank, a month later. 4 different blues (Thank you, HomeDepot, for having a Rustoleum sale!), and black. The darkest blue is hard to see in this photo, but I'm pretty happy with the results in person. Now I want to see what it looks like with water and intense lighting.
