tank cleaning

am i the only one who doesnt clean the back glass of my tank, and is there a drawback?

I like mine covered in coralline too.

I never clean it, because I clean the other viewing panels well. So if my snails get hungry enough, the back wall is for their dining enjoyment.

Plus, if you end up scratching your tank a number of times, you may be able to turn the tank around to make the back panel the front, and get more useable time out of that tank.

hmm i cleaned mine last year i think, and some algae took over instead :doubt: , so now i'm just letting my coraline grow back.

Nope dont clean mine either. The little bit of algae that does grow on it is always full of little pods and such, so i just let it go. Figure them pods are good.

I never clean mine. Love the purple. Just the front and sides.

Just clean mine because of chinese new year.
