:DI agree. It is hard to understand or pick up on the manner in which it was intended on paper. What may sound like bashing may be more concerning or exaggeration. I don’t believe any one was bashing at all. Just more concerned and trying to paint a picture for you to use as comparison to the circumstance you have in front of you. We all want to help if we can with information that we all have learned collectively whether it be fact or personal experience. If I sounded condemning then I apologize. That is and was not my intent. I am and was just more concerned about answering your concerns and questions about your fish.:D

I am a realist..Its sometimes easier to give an example for people to understand..There is lots of mis-information in this hobby.I see no where in these postings bashing.A question was asked for opinions and they were given..Unfortunatly it prolly wasnt what was expected!!
With that being said...Clearly there is only one option....Remove the Tang from the cube..Its the Right thing to do..
I am sure if posted here it could happen quickly...Now I do realize that you are under your 50 posts...So I would even post this in the livestock forums for you...Just to do right for the Tang..
Most people here share a true Passion for Reefkeeping, so what you got are passionate reply's.
Please take no offense to my earlier post,I only speak from the heart!!

Let me know if you need any help. Shane..:)

Thanks to all for the advice. It's all worth while and I'm learning!

I'd just buy a ORA mandrin that is already trained to frozen food. A bit more expensive, but then you don't need to worry about pods.

I looked at putting a tank in my 75, but decided my tank was too small for all but a pacific tang (that stays much smaller than a brown.)

About 10 years ago I sucessfully kept a pacific tang in a 75, but tried a powder blue twice and they always died due to the tank size (recieved bad advice from a pet store, but I know better now.)
