Thanks guys. Yes, I did have a closed loop before, however, due to the new sump and new location, the pump (AM3K) needed to be relocated behind and up onto the stand. I also added another 3/4" return on the closed loop on the right side of the tank (when looking at the front). There's a lot of flow in there...

BTW, it took 8 of us nearly 10 hours, so it wasn't as easy as it looks in the pictures

Great job. I missed out on all the fun. I thought taking it apart was the fun part, but putting it back together looks like it was much more fun. Glad it all worked out.
