Well, after months and months of looking at the 60g cube in my office, I decided to take a couple of hours to tear it apart and start all over again. Water was drained, fish gathered, rock taken out and scrubbed, macro dispossed of, and the little bit of ricordias I had there collected and saved. The tank was put outside to be hosed and each side to be soaked in vinegar for at least an hour to remove all the coralline from the sides without scratching it to no end. Here are some shots:
