How long after a water change do you wait to test your water?

I use to wait about 2 hours after a 10-15gal water change on my 75gal

It depends on the size of your tank. Generally you don't have to wait very long. Most folks have a lot of flow and it does not take long to mix it all up. I would think that 1/2 hour is plenty of time for almost all reasonably sized tanks.
