Im wondering if this is the beginning of what I think it is. I took the small piece out as soon as a saw it. A pic is attached. Thanks in advance for the help.

are we to look at the coral in the middle or the right side of the pic.

i do not see anything aptasia (yes I said it) related in the pic.

Sorry. Its the small white glob in the middle of the pic. Its a small mass that has the start of 4 bubble like things.

Its back in. I got the liverock from a guy on craigslist and he never mentioned anything about a bubble coral. Ive had this up and running from him for a week. I thought the same thing but assumed the worst. It was a rookie maneuver. I hope to see something positive in the morning.

Just do what you were doing. Regular water changes to keep your water parameters good and it will continue to grow. You were doing the right thing to start with to have it start to come back.

keep us posted on its progress. It will be cool to watch it grow.
