yes he is! (atleast so far) when i got him he came out of a reef tank, so he is alright. The only thing that he goes after is the cleaner shrimp so he will clean him
i love him though, best personality...i just wish he didnt eat as much. that fish can eat a 2"x4" sheet of nori like it is a snack.
