I have been to every store in the Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah and surrounding areas and Barrier Reef is the best store of all. The store is very clean and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. If a coral or fish is not right for your tank they will tell you-other stores either don't know or would rather make the sale. Believe me, all you need is a store to sell you a "bad" fish and your system is ruined. I had that happen and it was lethal to all of my fish. It has taken my tank over 5 months to recover. There prices are also competitive. Not eastside prices.

The store is a little hard to find the first time, but believe me it's well worth it.

I also have been all of the seattle area stores. I really like Reef Mystique in Lake Stevens. If you haven't been there give them a try.

yes, every live stocks in the store looks very healthy,,display tank and frag tank looks great,,a lot of good stuffs,,i saw 2 of milli frags ,,ohhhmm :D,,looks good,,i'm be back:D

Actually, RM is the place that sold me the fish that caused my problems in the first place. I won't go back. Barrier Reef has helped me get my tank back on track.

Not only are the prices and livestock good, but the biggest attribute that Barrier has IMO is that *all* of their employees are really really nice and helpful. It's gotta be pretty hard to find all good employees, as the fish store in seattle seems to have trouble finding just one ;)

I did go to Reef Mystique...there were no prices there and the girl that was working was pretty busy...so I didn't end up buying anything because every time I did manage to bother her the item I was looking at was way out of my price range. I like prices so I know whether or not it's even feasible :\
