the best way to move?

im moving soon and i have a 55 gal tank with alot of rock and a few corals .what is the best way to move?

What I did seveal months of go was to setup my rodi and saltwater first, so I had a lot of back up. I got several styrofoam shipping boxes from my live fish store. I used ice chest for my fish. I saved as much used water as I could with ice chest and styrofoam boxes for the live rock. As I broke thing s done I moved as fast as I could. I broke a few corals( now frags).

If the fish are going to be in the ice chest for long get them air .
