wow! good job!!... not how i would hav moved the tank into place, but very nice!!
my only criticism is you need to paint that plumbing manifold in your tank with some black krylon paint. :)

The tank did weight 700 Lbs. being as i was on my own it was the only way I could think of lifting it lol, Got my son to test the roof bolts :) Lazy git wouldn't lift the tank :)
Was going to paint it with Krylon black paint. Bought a can and painted up a piece of pipe but found it would scrape off quite easly. Will let coralline algae colour the pipe for me. Just takes time :(

more work in the basement.

The barrel on the right is 100 gal. I can isolate it from the system to make water changes easier. I have another barrel at 130 gal going in next to it to mix saltwater in. It's all plumbed togeather so i dont have to lift or carry water :)

Looks good!

If those brackets on the sump stand are just galvanized and not stainless, you might as well replace them now.
You will for sure get saltwater spatters on them, and there is no sense worrying later when they are all rusty.

people(myself included) hav been using krylon on plumbing in reefs for years...
just dont play football with the manifold or scrape it with hard scraper and itll be gud.
also, try doing 2-3 coats, drying between coats.

I want a basement now. Damn it. I wonder if I can get my 5 kids to start digging me one. Or is there a law against child labor that would stop that.

If its a "family" business then I think the child laws don't apply. However I'm not a lawyer and would never think I'm qualified to provide legal advice.
