No i'm not in it only for the money,but yes its nice to get paid for doing what you love doing,and yes i do use marine animals in experaments of compatibility,but only in a controled enviroment[much easier to catch and remove that way when it doesn't work out like you were hopeing for]Puffers can be trained to stop picking at your zoos and trieing to eat your shrimp with a little wooping stick.

Went back and read first line of this thread it said new,like novice,first time,never done it before. Come on ecobalance Lee put out some good advice. All the replys seem to be from those who have been at this a while. I like to see that someone is out on the edge in this hobby and will share that. The only down side I see a novice reads this whole thread and comes away thinking. All those people all those tanks for all those years and they can't agree on a good safe way for me to set up my first tank. Come on guy think about that novice, not you or me or your customer. But that person in poodunk anywhere USA trying to a display quality tank. Like I was 12yrs ago.
