I haven't seen the little bugger but he's alive and well somewhere in there. Do you think he would eat a pistol shrimp?

he definatley could eat a pistol. If the pistol happened to leave its burrow, or burrowed into the mantis' burrow, it definately could become lunch.

mantis shrimp get a bad rep when they really shouldn't. I've had one in our 180 for years. all it does is hunt stomatellas(sp.)at night. hopefully Curt will chime in with more info
