Looks good Mike. Wish I could've stayed longer to see the finished product in person. Can't wait to see it stocked again.

I love the way you land scaped that Beast. You will be able to place your corals to each lighting and flow, ledges for animals. It looks fantastic Mojo! I would give it a 10!

Looks great, only one question...where'd ya keep all that water while you re-scaped, 600+ gallons is a lot of water to keep stored and heated while re-aquascaping.(never mind, missed that huge white storage tank)

I guessed I missed something.... why did you re-aquascape mike?

Thanks for having us Mike, that was a real blast.

I can't wait to come down once the tank is up and running with corals and fish in it again.

The aquascaping looks OK..... ;)

Beautiful job. Kudos to everyone that helped. Dylan - thanks for posting up the pictures!

Thanks for the kind words folks, it was fun..until the next day, lol

Dr. I had a few things I needed to deal with. I needed to replumb the low flow it wasnt working as well as originally planned, the second was a Tang that made genghis Khan look like a hari kristna. I lost 4 fish to it and 4 MH bulbs. And finally got a line on some really nice rock and wanted to change the body work, hehe

Mark it all depends. When I had a hard shelf that was not going to be supported I used 1 inch doweling, when I had a little support a couple of 1/2 inchers, on a peice that was fairly well supported just one 1/2.
I also used some 1 inch for legs under some of the rock to level it and to keep it off the bottom.

I was wondering? How do you keep a Paul H fish? I have had no success with that species. Does he eat spiralina, or mysis shrimp. Yours looks very healthy and happy in your tank.

That is awesome, you should warn people thier reef will look small and insignifigent after viewing the BEAST. Wow, Mojo you da man. Steve

very cool.....mojo...is that you sitting in the tank?

I wish I had a tank big enough to sit in...

Mike not this time, the person in the tank is Paul H (aka fragman).

H2Odoctor I have not had alot of luck with the elusive Hamby fish. It is hard to sustain the amont of frags needed to keep it active. But 4 to 5 frags resting on the bottom will bring him out every time.

Lol

That must have been alot of work but fun I'm sure, love the pics. The scaping looks awesome. What fish was giving ya a hard time the Clown Tang ? What did you do with him ?

Yea RObert it was the clown tang. Right now its in the frag tank, Chris wants to give him ago so I will give him over gladly....uhhh I mean her, way to mean to be a make, lol

Looks great, Mike! Much more shelf room for corals. You had a good crew :)

And we won't even go there with the clown tang remark, lol.

How much "aggravation tax" did you have to pay to Lorena this go round? A smart woman ups the ante every time you know ;)
