The wait is over. Tank is finally here!!!!!!

Tanks is 3/4" glass all around. The 2 long panes and the eurobrace are 3/4" low iron Diamante glass. That is the German version of starphire for what I was told. It was made locally in Miami, transported to my house, and sat on the stand by the builder.

I just came back from my 15th trip to LOwes to get more PVC, elbows, etc. I always get a ton more than I think I will need and I still keep on going back.

I think it would have been cheaper to lease space at Lowes and plumb my 150 gal there than to clock all the miles back and fourth........LOL. You have some serious work ahead of you man. That is sure a beauty of a tank you got. Congrats and keep the pics comming.

Glad you got the good deal frm the local Alberto, and having them deliver and put on the stand is the only way to go with such a huge glass tank. I hear you on the trips to the hardware store, I bet right now I have enough stock of plumbing parts to rival thier selection, but still end up going thier all the time. The plumbing is going to be the fun and easy job, just wait until you have to get your big butt in thier like me and aquascape it, lol. now that is when I want pictures.
