While looking at my tank this morning I started noticing all the little unfinished projects. The most disturbing part is the can of corn holding my lights up. This thing has been on top of my tank for the past three months. So long I dont even realize its there.

Just for laughs. What is on your tank that doesnt belong? Duct tape, beer cans, whatever. Pics would be great.

You share first. You were a couple days late for me. I just cleaned mine of a day or so ago.

My son was sprouting some seeds from a grapefruit he ate. So he put the planted seeds on top of the euro-bracing (under the light, with all the heat and humidity). I made him take them out when they were about 2" tall. One of them is now about 6" tall, with numerous leaves (by the kitchen window!, not under the hood on the bracing).

Never thought about growing plants with the halides. I just keep waiting for the cops to kick my front door in. The halides make my living room look like a dope growing operation from the road.

ROFL!!! Too funny.

So far, my rigging has all been done with zip ties. I have those things strapped on everywhere.....and when one won't do the trick....I add more!

I Have A Suction Cup Some Where In My Sand, And I Think A Plumbing Part Or Two Behind The Tank.

I leave a plastic cup, in my sump to pour water for tests, and I have a moray eel in my reef, with shrimp. I have a few rubberbands in the sand somewhere, and I have a suction cup somewhere in there too. LOL, I dont use my reef as a auxillary pantry for my groceries though. LOL It would be even funnier if you swapped the corn out for a can of clam chowder. ;) LOL Steve

Well If We Are Going There I Have A 35 Gal Drum Sitting In My Front Room Next To My Tank

I remember askin you about that darn Tile too Elmo! *Grinz*

I'm a great one, for using what I have around my house to do things for my tank. Used some spare Crown Molding strips, to mount my VHO's under. Worked. *smile*

Yup ;) Except my anemone will move up and down so its tough. They have laid on the tile many times before so it is placement.
