For filters and membranes, you may want to check out spectrapure. they are alittle more expensive, but they are the premo of filters imo.

Have used "the other guys". Yes they are more expencive, put it is THE MOST IMPORTANT part of a system. The MAX CAP cartrage is 4 times the life!!!
When setting it up. Be sure you set the "good" to "bad" ratio with the insert in the yellow waiste line a little at a time. I have also found people NOT doing this as they don't want as much waiste water, so they don't cut it. It just doesn't work that way. It is a Major reason why so many have problems with them. Another is, every one wanting to save $ so they put in .10 micron instead on .05. Glad you got the best!!! You'll be happy. If ANY questions about it. Be sure to call them. Good People.

Also, the frames are metal, not plastic!
