The one in the ebay link I saw was called Photoshop CS4 Extended and was much cheaper than the one at Amazon.

It may of been an update from CS3 to CS4... I know adobe likes to make updates you can buy if you have a legit version of photoshop, and they're like 1/3rd the price of buying the full version...
