Wow. This goes to show how much we've progressed in 30 years. Can you imagine someone trying to sell the idea of dumping tires in the ocean today?

Man. That diver swam forever and there was forever tires. That's sad. Makes me want to help remove those tires, but I can't swim.

tha'ts aweful. I was watching some special on TV last night where some idiots thought it woudl be a good idea to dump nuclear waste into the ocean in the 1950s & 60s in storage containers that were only built to last 10 yrs. Needless to say, when they went down to check on them recently, all of the containers were breached.
