tmc v2 400 skimmer

hi i have gad my skimmer set up for almost 2 days now does this sound right.
you can just about see the micro bubbles in the bast of the neck but it seems the gunk is only getting as far as the top of the inside of the neck of the cup and it doesnt seem to be pushing it up and over the neck ?

1st... WELCOME TO REEF FRONTIERS!!!

Often, a brand new skimmer requires a "break-in" period... of upwards of a week, before it starts operating properly. It sounds like this is where you are at right now. I would give it until about next Wednesday... and then start doing your adjustments on that piticular skimmer to get the output consistancy you want.
