I am thinking of getting a Rose Bubble Tip Anemone for my clownfish, but have reservations. How much do they move around, and how far should it stay away from my other corals so it doesn't sting them. Is there any other things or anemone's that I should consider? I have a 36 gallon corner tank with about 10 corals and 4 fish, if that is a concern. Thanks.

They only move when they are unhappy. In a 36gallon tank a BTA could easily take up 50% of the space in a couple years if not sooner depending on food, water quality, initial size etc. It's a gamble as to what effect it will have on your other corals. Placement will be the key. When I had mine, I put it on one side of the tank (80 gallon) and no other corals next to or above it to prevent it from stinging other corals or making it unhappy.

They will move, but once they get settled in it should stay put as long as it's happy. As stated above they can get large down the road, but that gives you a reason to upgrade bigger lol.

Mine have been really happy and have stuck in their respective spots. I feed them about once a week a piece of something meaty and it seems to do the job. Speaking of, I have a few I'm trying to prune down if you are interested. Pm me if you are.

Yeah, that's probably not going to happen anytime soon-upgrading, I am limited to no larger than 50 gallons, and since I live right above the apartment manager, probably not a good idea. Unless I win the lottery I will just stay in apartments, getting to old to deal with a house and all the maintenance.
