Too many anemones

I joined last year but have not been on here since. But I've run into a problem that I need some help with. I have a 28 gal JBJ Nano Cube and last July I picked up two small bubble tips on a small piece of coral. I now have one large rock in this tank and now I have 9 large bubbles that are taking up the whole tank. I was told to take the rock out of the water and hang upside down over the tank. Did that for two and a half hours and none of them dropped off. They started getting dry and i tried to massage their feet to piss them off and leave but to no avail.
Any ideas would be appreciated. And anyone needind a bubble tip---they're free---if I can get them off.

Try an ice cube on the feet.

I've always used my fingernail and picked at the foot for a while. You might have to be a little rough at first but once you get it started the rest peels off easy(ish). I've done this about 8 times and never lost a nem, the hardest part is getting the smell off your hands after.

Instead of picking at it with nail. Try and rub it with ur thumb pushing in towards the mouth of the nem.
It can b tricky.

I found using a small powerhead blasting at the edge of its foot works well. I have removed & sold plenty of them.

Thanks to all for your ideas! I can't believe how fast these things split. Pretty cool really but way too much for this little tank. I'll give all a try and report back.

I use the hanging upside down trick. It worked well for me. My nem dropped off in about 5 min. I did it in mid day so it was nice and fully inflated when I started. So it had a lot of water weight in it. I also hung it over the water with the tips touching the surface.

Every time mine split I just pulled them out. Never really had to physically remove them. How's it coming?
