Happiness is....living alone and not having to explain one red cent to anyone! :)

Yeah but it is also fun to live with someone who enjoys it as much as you do. :)

Thats some funny stuff. I guess I'm lucky, single, like fly in reef, don't have to explain anything to anyone. I will keep these in mind just in case.

I am hearing you on that one Fly N Reef & wrightme43, but every rose has its thorn. I mean who's gonna keep me under control?! I wonder if there is a Fish-A-Holics annonymoius, I mean they have this for Gamblers Drinkers and Smokers.....

In all seriousness guys, thats too funny though! I just want to know one thing, do they really buy off on that stuff?

Can you imagine walking in to a meeting and the conversation;
Me "hi my name is Angel and I'm a reef-a-holic!"
Counselor "you mean reefer"
Me "yeah, I am a reefer"
Counselor "So you are addicted to marijuana"
Me "no, I am addicted to nemo"
Counselor "huh?"

Thanks Ritsuko Nashida, sometimes I feel alone without having someone to share my tank with, but on the flip side...no monetary explanations needed either.
I still have everyone here a RF to share with. :) Thanks everyone.
Karen

I hear you on that one Fly n Reef.

Angelscrx, thats would sound kinda funny huh? I bet the look on the facial expression on the counselors face would be a kodak moment for sure!

Kodak moment exactly!

We admitted we were powerless over Nemo, and that our lives had become unmanagable.
Came to believe that one more coral could restore us to sanity.
Made a decision to turn our homes and bank accounts over to Nemo.
Made a searching and fearless inventory of fish stores in a 150 mile radius.
Admitted to Nemo, ourselves, and another reefaholic, the exact nature of wrongs.
Were entirely ready to have Nemo remove these defects of coral care.
Humbly asked Nemo to remove our shortcomings.
Made a list of all fish, and corals we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
Made direct amends to those fish and corals wherever possible.
Ha ha ha. Steve

Ah, but Jeff, those last three are the hardest:

*I will strive not to keep company with those that share my addiction

*I will admit that my tank does not "need" anything else

and if we're really talking atonement here.....

*I will give control of all my funds to my spouse so as not to aid in my addiction

But where's the fun in that? I'll just pay for it in my next life! :D

Here are three more,
Continued to take a tank inventory and when we were out of money promptly admitted it.
Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with Nemo, praying only for knowledge of his will for our tanks, and the power to carry that out.
Having had a spirtual awaking as the result of these steps, we tried to carry the message to other reefaholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
