Transfer fish from one tank to another tank

I just purchased a Red Sea Max and I am letting it cycle. I have a 58 gallon tank as well and once the Red Sea has cycled I would like to put two of the fish from my main tank into the Red Sea. How long after it cycles should I transfer the fish. I do not want to put them through any stress etc.

What types of fish are they? In any event, you should typically wait until all traces of ammonia and nitrite have dropped off to be safe and not stress the fish...

A blue spotted jawfish and a purple firefish will be movin on up.

Both are delicate and really need a fairly mature tank.

I need to move these two fish over they are being bothered by a flame angel.

then you should move the flame angel. the flame angel does not require as much as the other two mentioned fish do.

Have to agree, either way, it is a lose-lose situation without a bit of luck.
