I just got one. And it's not working. On my iPhone I do not see any review is there one there I can't see???

It's not making bubbles. I'll most like the pump is running really slow.

Hi

Yes there is a video there so I'm not to sure why you cant see it. If the pump is turning over it sounds like there is a blockage in the Air Tube and its not letting it suck any air in to it.

Ill have to pull it out and work on it in a bucket. Not alot of room to get to it on my desk.

It very well could be my Safari browser? I get this message when clicking on the vid:
