Tunze Nano Skimmer

I've been running my Tunze Nano Skimmer for about 6 months with mixed success. Early on (first three months) I loved this thing! It was quiet, worked great when dialed in, and I never had a problem. More recently I've been experiencing problems where the bubbles will just stop all together. I can feel the pump running (vibrations). I have pulled it out, put it in a bucket of water, plugged it in and it works fine. I then slap it back in the sump and it works great for maybe a day - then no bubbles again! What gives?

Have you tried disassembling and cleaning the pump?
