If you don't plan going SPS dominated I would go with the Seio's maybe a couple of the 820's on opposite ends, jusr clean them regularly and you should be fine IMO.

You can adjust the flow on any of the Seio's. The head can rotate to close the suction vents on the sides which in turn slows down the flow

I'd get the 820's one time because if it is too much flow, you can always tame them down, but if you get the 620's and they aren't enough, you have no way of increasing it

Here's how you turn down the flow. You see the slits around the Seio where the red arrow is pointing? You just turn that section and it causes those slits to get smaller meaning less water will enter the powerhead which in turn means less flow will come out

i am going to try the magnetic holder with these..... what would my glass thickness be on a 72 bow?

Hmm...Not sure. I think the standard 75gal all-glass tank is about 1/4 inch thick so probably in the area.
