Ugly seam help

This showed up a couple days ago. It has grown 1/2'' in the past 24 hrs. Am I in big trouble?

Hey Dave, if it were acrylic it would be B-I-G trouble but since its glass just a major PITA. I don't know if there is a way to thin silicone to inject into seam or not, but I would definitely look into doing something soon.

Yea, I just got some info from another site. He said the seam is failing and to break down the tank soon. CRAP!!!

What size tank is it? How much stuff do you have? Do you need a place to hold your stuff while you get another tank up?

This tank is acrylic and he has already broke it down to save the risk of a very wet explosion. He is setting up a temporary tank tonight to house everything so he can build a new tank to replace this one. Good luck Dave. I hope everything survives ok.

Itneeds a little tweeking. I'll do that later. All is safe. I will sleep better tonite.
