yeah they started coming out a lot when i had the t-5 blues on and and it ate for the first time. so glad!
 
Make sure they get good flow, that really encourages polyp extension.

They did look a little pissed off but now that they are eating they should be fine.

my ultra dendro has a bunch of yellow spots on it . i know they arent little baby heads anyone have an idea of what it is?

this happened after it had dropped onto the sand over night.
 
i did the same thing and they started sprouting heads. every place it damaged grew a new head

When the coral's "skin" gets damaged, it will leak its entrails out the opening, which for a dendro are bright yellow. It should heal up pretty fast. Mine did the same thing since I had to handle it alot to get it into its location, I ended up causing some small nicks in its skin around its base, just from touching it. It healed up completely within a couple days.
 
I had three heads to start. When i was placing it, it got four nicks in it. I had seven heads after two weeks. only three of those survived for a total of six.
