I got a piece of live rock that is covered with these guys. I assume they are good, but is there anything i should be worried about?

They are fine. Complaints about them are as follows:
1. The threads they use to feed don't look good. Many will cross making a net. They are good for the tank (filtering and they eventually get fed into the food chain) but some people don't like seeing them in the tank.
2. They are freakin sharp. Careful cleaning, as they can slice you.

If you don't want them there, put a little frag glue over their hole, or scrape them off.

I dont mind them, i just wanted to make sure they didnt have any adverse effects. I dont mind the web and i love having wierd things live in my tank. Thanks for the help
