via aqua heater instructions?

does any one have the insturctions for the via aqua 300watt titaium heaters. is the a special way to set them up. i put mine in the tank i have 2. and i let them set for a hour and started turning the temp nob to 79Degress. it wount come on till it is turn to 82. my tank water was 75. can any one help me

i have several of these....i just turned mine to 79-80 degrees and that was it..i don't think there is anything that you have to do....are you sure your thermometer is right???

how far away did you put the sensor

i put it as far away as it would go..if you put it too close, it will sense that all of the water is warm and shut off...the further away, the better
