Video issues

Does anybody know how to convert videos from mp4 to something that i can post in the forums?Im using my phone for now because my computer decided it wanted to take a crap a couple months ago.

Hmm if you upload your videos to Utube and can then just copy the embedded code into a thread by using the Video insert button. Its right above in your reply box next to your insert picture button.
