What is wrong with the unit when the light flashes red? Going through the steps to fix the problem by starting with pushing the mode button does not work. The red still flashes.

do you have it set for the right thickness of tank is my first thought.

I have two pumps one is working on the tank the other isn't.

Thanks for your help the manual said to contact eco tech. They said it could be a short / fault the power supply or the RF module might have come loose.
