Vortech power heads

Hi all, I was interested in what mode people are running there power heads on, and what your thoughts are on the NTM/TSM modes. I'm running two MP40ES's on my AGA180, and mostly run them in "Reef Crest Random" mode. I also have a short puls wave that makes about a 1"- 1 1/2" wave at the top. I am a little worried that a wave will harm the tank, so I only run it for 30 minutes when I'm looking at the tank. I haven't noticed much with the pumps in NTM or TSM modes, but I don't have any pumps on the back wall, like suggested by Eco Tech, anyone using mp's on the back of the tank?

Not using it on the back per say but I have 2 on my peninsula. I have them on reef crest mode anti sync. I love the NTM for cleaning the tank up about 1-2 times a week at 100% force.

When I run NTM at 100%, I don't really notice a difference, I know Eco Tech says that the NTM wave brings junk up from behind the rocks and into your overflows, but just haven't seen this to be true. How long do you run NTM mode?

the cycle runs 1 hour before it starts over. So 1 hour for me.
