Weekly Newsletter Updates

We are going to try and send out a weekly newsletter. This will include "in-store only" specials at least twice a month (replaces coupons that had to be printed), new arrivals, sale announcements, special "internet only" discount codes, and other information. As soon as I nail down the image coding for this newsletter's format we will include some pictures as well. I have updated the list so that everyone who was previously signed up is in the new system. The error that caused some of you to not receive the email last week has been corrected (we hope). I have also updated the list with everyone who PM'd me. If you have never signed up for our email list and would like to be added, simply go to the website and create a user account. Make sure you check the box that asks if you want to receive the newsletter. A second option would be to send me your email through PM and I will add you personally. As always you can sign up in the store.

The feedback we have received on the paper coupons has, for the most part, indicated our customers would rather not hassle with printing a coupon. Sounds good I guess we're going green. Rather than send a coupon that you have to print, we will just include an announcement in our email newsletter for the specials. It will still be formatted to look like a coupon. You can print it if you want or just mention you saw the special in our newsletter.

We will be sending the newsletter out every friday. If you are signed up and not receiving it please let us know.

I edited the text above. If it still seems complicated let me know specifically where so I can clarify. Basically, we are just switching the way we send emails. The email, or newsletter, will now be generated from the website rather than yahoo. This makes it easier and less time consuming to do. We have put our entire email list into the website database. The coupons we sent out in the past had to be printed and brought into the store in order for folks to get the discount. We no longer require the printout. If you have never joined the email list in the past, I have provided three ways you can join.
