weird pj cardinal

every pajama cardinal i've ever seen has a silverish body with the red spots...theres this one at lfs which stands out way different

its the same size and shape but it is completely brown with black dots, its pretty crazy looking has anyone seen this before? i almost wanna buy him because it is the most unique pj cardinal ive ever seen.

are you sure it's a pj? could be another kind of cardinal. will research

for sure it is a pj, it has every feature just like an albino or something its brown and black only, no silver or red at all. stands out in its tank of about 15 other pj's.

i looked up cardinals and i only see the pj, stripe and banggai. it definitely has the PJ traits but no the colors i may get him

ok found it, called "orbicular cardinal" but i dont think they are too rare

Hmm thats kinda different. Its sort of a sad looking fish isn't it? I would go buy him! I like different. It makes looking into your tank fun!!

u could only find 3 cardinal fish??? at my lfs theres about 6 differnt cardinals on the shop floor this theres one thats jet black with a white tail gets pretty big

I'm amazed at how cheap stuff is here, but the selection is horrible.
