I had a lawnmower blenny who was eating but was steadily loosing mass for 5 months until I eventually euthenized him, he was so thin that you could see his skeleton through his skin and he was totally concave. That was in a 125. My sailfin is fine however and is a little fatty, I think the blenny had an internal parasite from the get go.
