SORRY I DONT HAVE A CAMERA
but they look like a snail with out a shell or maybe a leech idk but they are all over the glass on my tank
 
Oh.....then it has no shell at all. (Stomatella have a shell that's darn near invisible).

What you have sounds like acoel flatworms. The white ones that only eat copepods are no big deal. The brown ones are photosynthetic and are a royal pain when their population gets too big as they will cover the corals and block light to them.

A search here on flatworms will yield many success stories on treating them so Hakunna Matatta (it means "No Worries").
 
ok so the conclsion is they are flat worms and they are bad

I haven't figured out yet why your question is dumb. Near as I can tell, you're just asking for help. Doing ID's is hard. Somtimes, ya have to work your way down and the first guess isn't always right.
 
Siphoning them out will yield good results. If you have a LOT of them, you might need to buy Salifert Flatworm Exit.
