Good/bad? If they are bad how do i get rid of them?

Brown thing looks like some type of feather duster. If it is, then it's a good thing.

The white thing in all your pictures is aiptasia. Bad thing. Do NOT scrape it off or mechanically remove it as all the little bits will settle elsewhere and make new ones. Either get some "Joe's Juice" and apply as directed, or mix up a paste of kalk and saltwater and apply the paste on top of it. It'll be gone real quick.

being that they aren’t really close to anything delicate, boil some R/O and shoot ehm with a syringe. works great and is cheap!!

Why boil?
Remove frag and brush off with fresh water dip or high salinity dip then a rinse. Boil kills to much life then rock would need to recycle before adding back in.

if you suck water out directly next to it (with the flow off ans still) you can Mechanical remove it just be sure to get all the little bits....

and maybe you should wear gloves... they do have sting'ys

as long as you just hit the aiptasia you shouldnt need to cycle the whole rock unless, you've got a forest of those nasty buggers
