Owner Serene Aquatics, design, set up, and maintain, other peoples tanks. Whenever I think about it can't help but smile. I get to play with other peoples fish and coral, to pay for my fish and corals. I used to be a investment broker/sales weasel. I am a very grateful person, I don't know why I get to play all day, and then people send me money for what I love to do. The only bad part about it is people who want fish they cant have, and just don't understand why it won't work. Well that and the finger tips are always full of sponge spiricals and cuts from live rock. (wipe the little tear, as the violin plays) Steve

I run a Mitsubishi FX-20 and (2) older G series machines that still work great! Program with Esprit CAM system. I have been doing it for the last 14 years. I have run the Charmilles and older Japax machines as well.

I am however totally fed up with the trade and trying desperatley to get out!

Ahh yes Same here...I do more remodeling these days then make chips...Free trade has killed manufacturing in this country. Should get real interesting in another 20 years when everything will be imported and we're totally a service nation. (sorry) I'm in the same boat, just fed up with the trade and getting beatin down everyday to do things faster and for less.
Thank god for our little pieces of Ocean that we can all slip away to and get from the daily grind

I do not think it was free trade but the technology. All die makers do now is make start blocks for the wire and assemble. I make the same money as i did 5 years ago if you figure in inflation! Plus i am sick of getting dirty!!
