It's a Fromia monilis and you won't be able to affectively target feed it. Stars of this type primarily feed on algal films and bacterial slime. They will to a certain degree feed on rotting flesh and detritus but not in any beneficial amount for it's needs.

Those particular stars you mention would eat just about anything they can get a grip on. Even if it's nailed down in some cases.. LOL

The star posted by babyuu would not fall into that category at all.
