What happened to the avatars?

No Mike somehow everyones personal settings got changed?? dont ask me I dont have a clue on how. Just go to your settings then general setting and then click on the sho avatars setting and they should be back up.

Mike, there is a setting you may have to adjust. I had to do it as well as a lot of the others after the recent upgrade here and mojo had a thread on it. I can't copy you a link just yet because I am not at my pc, but check your general settings and look for the avatar setting and select it. Otherwise, I should be home in about 30 mins and can send you the link to the instructions.

Then there was mojo beating me to the punch lol. If you can't find it Mike, I will do a screen shot step by step for you in about 30 mins. To add to that, Mojo, I may just add that to your thread anyways incase anyone else has trouble finding the setting..

Hey Mike. In your settings, under "My Account...general settings" in "Thread Display Options" check the "show avitars" box. That might work.

Krish, you are pretty darn good with screen print features. Use a draw program for the arrow?

Lol! Yea, I hit the ctrl+alt+print screen buttons to take the screen shot and then I open Microsoft paint and hit the paste button that brings up the screen shot in there where I can use the programs tools to draw the arrows etc.

I want to add an avatar too and can't seem to find the "settings" tab on my toolbar. I see from the above post that it should reside next to my Wecome and Notifications but it is not there...

If you go to to the "Forum Actions" drop down tab right below the forum tab up top (which is next to the home key) and go to edit profile, you can access your avitar picture from there. Let me know if you can't find it and I will do some screen shots.

With the new changes to the homepage, the screen shots posted earlier by me with regards to this post won't work so you will have to use this method instead.

Yea, I forgot to mention that. From the home page, the forum actions tab is not there. Thanks Scooty. I knew we paid you top dollar for something.
